Hello all! Sorry I haven't been posting very much lately. I've been going through a bit of a funk over the past couple months, so I haven't been drawing or writing much of anything recently.

Fortunately, it seems like the worst of it is behind me. I've started working on my next story again with renewed zeal :typerhappy:. As far as drawing is concerned, I've been trying to do some preliminary sketches of one idea I've been dying to realize. Unfortunately, it's proving to be far more difficult than I thought it would be. Hopefully, sometime in the future, my skills will have built up enough to actually make it into a reality.

Anyway, I just wanted to let those few of you who follow my page know that I'm still alive and kickin' (sort of). Hopefully the light at the end of this tunnel isn't a freight train's headlamp. :laughing:

p.s.: In a previous journal entry, I expressed my excitement over the recently announced Mechwarrior. You can imagine just how disappointed and angry I was when I heard that Harmony Gold (the company that owns the Robotech franchise) slapped a lawsuit on Smith and Tinker (the company that currently holds the rights to Mechwarrior) because one of the mechs in the announcement trailer vaguely resembled one of the robots from Robotech. Just to be clear, I'm not advocating plagiarism here, but I'm still pissed that Harmony Gold sees fit to halt production of a whole game just because of one mech in one trailer. It's like they think that just because they hold the rights to Robotech, they have a monopoly on giant robots! After weathering attacks from politicians, parental groups and teachers' unions, it turns out that the greatest enemy of the video game industry is the industry itself.
Sorry about the rant. I just needed to get that off my chest. ^^;

Sure thing! I don't see very much art of Aremi, so it's especially cool when I see her done so well.
